Who we are

HowYouDoin? is a web app for scoring your Wheel of Life, setting monthly intentions and tasks, and sharing progress with a small circle of people you invite. It's operated by Cormens OÜ (registry code 17497453), a company registered in Estonia. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to legally agree to these terms in your country.

Free plan and paid plans

New accounts get a free tier: one Wheel of Life month, one month of intentions and tasks, and one circle you own. Past that, older data stays visible but read-only until you subscribe. Paid plans are €5.99/month, billed monthly, or €100 as a one-time lifetime purchase (limited to the first 50 buyers). Prices may change for new subscribers at any time; we won't change what you're already paying without telling you first.

Billing

Payments are handled by Paddle, who is the merchant of record for your purchase — see our Privacy Policy for details. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or manage your subscription any time from Settings, which opens Paddle's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Your content

You own what you create in the app — your Wheel of Life scores, intentions, tasks, and anything you write. Content you share inside a Circle is only visible to people you've explicitly invited and only for what you've chosen to share. We don't sell your content or use it to train anything.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to harass or abuse other people, break the law, or try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Circles are meant for people you know and trust — don't use them to collect data on people without their knowledge.

No warranty

HowYouDoin? is a personal reflection and planning tool, not medical, financial, or professional advice. We provide the app as-is and don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we're required to close by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or a notice in the app before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own country.
